In Jan/Feb 2026 we’ll be taking The Mountain WItch to schools in Leeds and Rotherham thanks to funding from ACE, as well as these public shows:

Sat 7 Feb 2026 - The Lyric, Hammersmith

So far we’ve performed The Mountain Witch 57 times across the UK! Including Feb Fest, Luton, Half Moon Theatre, London, Macclesfield Library (Cheshire Rural Touring),  Arnside Educational Institute (Highlights North) Leintwardine Centre, (Arts Alive), The Anstice, Telford, (Arts Alive), Sheffield Theatres, Cannon Hall, BarnsleyRotherham Children’s Capital of Culture and The Royal Opera House

An adventurous tale from Speedwell Dance of seasons gone awry, an ancient and powerful witch and the determination of children to put things right. Join musicians and dancers to awaken scampering creatures, tiptoe past the Mountain Witch’s cave and finally convince her to let the sun return.

A playful and inclusive experience for children aged 3-8 years and their grown-ups. With inspiring dance, songs and original music played live on clarinet, flute and cello.
